1 alway aware when i am not, rank my status
when I am passionate:
I'd love to helpfriends, talk to friends and even strangers,speak fast and a lot, walk fast ,and I like jump to reach as highest as I can.

When I am not passsionate:
I would just sit in front of the PC and wondering around, and boring, or even search in the msn
and walk slow, speak slow, try to hide myself. and dislike to talk to friends , and don't do anything

everyday, at least 7 hours sleep and get up at 8:30, so that means at least I should go to sleep at 1:00
Reason: 1 Recently I get up at 10-12 as alway, I feel like I leak 2 or 3 hours out of my everyday life. If I keep on doing this, I will lose so many hours in my life , it is terrible!
2 I Couldn't enjoy the nice mood in the morning, maybe also nice weather( very small possibility)
3 Getting up late will increase my anxiety level, which I am struggling with
4 Spending not enough time make me fail in the exam, maybe

everyday, make clear of my monetary level and think about the financial plan

1 if I don't do that, everyday I don't know how much I spend and how much left, How much I can use in the future, it will jeopardize my finicial condition, and make me bankrupt hehe, in the coming 8 months, or even in the coming 10 years

everyday, spend some time on getting contact with old friends
I already give the reason for this one



everyday, spend some time on Programming
Reason: if I don't do that, I can't fulfill my second life goal, and there is no much time left for me to do that also

Honestly it is hard

Ok, it is really hard to follow all of the target i listed yesterday, but I am trying, the problem is that it is so hard to concentrate on only one goal.

ok, in the formal note:

For me, the important thing is

Learn french
if i don't do it, I will lost my chance to learn it, I will feel aweful about myself, I will never know it, next time I went to france, I will still be a idiot.
if I could make it, I feel wonderful, other people think I am talented, and I will be confident about my language ability
Learn American accent
if I don't do it, I will keep this accent forever, and have not enough confidence to speak english, and it will be a drawback of my career
if I could make it , I will have nice american accent and i will be confident to say whatever i want
haha, exaggerating, and also I will feel better
Call my friend everyday
if
I don't do it, I will lose contact with all the friend in china, lost my network in china, it is hard for me when i have my own busness in china. And what is more, I will feel lonely and hopeless when I am low.
If could do it , I might build a very strong network and take the advantage of this network in the future. And also I need friend to share my joy, fearness , sadness, and all the thought for the life.

if not I could feel pointless, and meanless for what I am doing, and give up all the effort I did before

ok, 1 st day to follow it

en.... really not easy, this morning (actually afternoon), when I really sit down and do sth, it is already 1:30, so the first thing I learn should be , get up early, man........

And I listen to the address of IBM, it seems talking about things about Internet, which I love....

and now begin to do my presentation research, I find that I realy don't like this kind of short-term goal, it break my time into parts........

ok say no more nonsense , start now

I accidently listen to Anthony Robbins' personal power mp3, it sounds not bad , and I decided to follow it for 30 days , to see if it is as silly as its name , or make some sense.

so today's topic is "The Key to Personal Power" , that official note is following:

what I get from the tape is
  1. Be goal-oriented, whatever you do , you should know clearly what you expect to get from it

  4. Learn from the person that have already achieve your goal
The concrete thing that I will do from now, everyday, gradually, and consistently:

  • Learn french everyday for 1 hour, (luxery) follow that "from zero..." program
  • Send email to a long lost friend everyday
  • learn the Ameri A program everyday
  • arrange the new E words everyday
  • Make a call to a friend everyday
  • Watch a Hac record everyday
  • Write this boring journal everyday of course, hehe
And today , I talked to Marijn about my thesis, very good.
and had nice gossip time with 2 of my friends
and have nice dinner with Moxi
played soccer
but read nothing about the presentation on thursday

Goal-oriented?

Sometimes I realize that I am really not a goal-oriented guy, in the language of policy analysis, too process-oriented. It is not very good for achieving my goal of life, hehe

so I created this blog for all the boring stuff I have to do, and need to do in my everyday's life , which are related to my silly ambitions , hehe

I have a theory in fact , maybe a formula:
Happyness = achievement - ambition

My problem is that, my ambition part is too big, but I can't change it, so have to face it.....
